Horsetail Falls is a 176-foot waterfall in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. The waterfall
curves like a horsetail. The Portland Rotary
Club of 1916 donated a wheel with their motto "He Profits
Most Who Serves Best" to Wahkeena Falls. In
1985 it was moved to Horsetail Falls.
